After struggling to connect an aftermarket garage door remote with no success, I finally decided to upgrade to a new unit—and I’m so glad I did. The new belt drive opener runs incredibly smooth—like butter—compared to my old noisy chain system. Ben was fantastic throughout the entire process and even took the extra time to sync the new system with my vehicles. Truly 5-star service from start to finish. Up-date it's been a few months with this system, still pleased as punch. I changed internet service and couldn't upload the new code. Tom went out of his way to help. Happy to say, it's back and perfect 👌

Amanda was very friendly and knowledgable on the phone. Techs were just as pleasant to work with in person. Ron came to potentially repair an 18 year old opener that was in fact beyond repair... new opener installed in no time. No complaints.

ACE came out the next day after I emailed them and gave me a few options to fix my broken garage door spring and explained everything and answered all my questions and were not pushy at all. Came back after the parts were delivered and installed in about an hour. The technician that helped me was Ben and he was great and explained the work he did after.

Hopefully I don’t need any more garage fixes but if I do I’ll be calling ACE again!

I have never dealt with a better company. Dave came out for the measurements and tried to make sure they matched my other doors.

Ben was great with the install. Very informative and let my son help him install. a big thing for me because he was helping teaching my son learn skills. This was really big for me.

Also Amanda was great kept me up to date. She help keep the price down. I could not have installed it myself for much of a cheaper price. Definitely worth the money.

I will call them in a heartbeat if I need something done with my garage doors again.

Our experience with Ace Overhead Doors was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. Tom provided a quote for replacing three doors and door openers. I had a specific request for the doors to match our newly constructed detached garage. Tom was able to install the exact same Haas doors and Liftmaster wall-mounted openers that I had in mind.

In just one day, three skilled technicians removed the old doors and installed the new ones, including taking the old doors away.
I also removed the 45-degree opening and replaced all the door trim.

The price was very reasonable.
Highly recommend them!

Ben inspected and checked why doors jerked when opening. Cleaned and lubricated the hinges.
