Ace did a fantastic job for us. We use AHS for home coverage, and they require check-ins and pre-authorization. The crew was never fazed by this and did excellent work with diagnosis, teardown, re-assembly and log-ins to get authorization from the home warranty people. once they got a green light, it was easy to obtain parts. Tech even fixed door hinge and re-programmed the system, though the work-order did not specify it. SO pleased to have such great people live up to their committment to excellent customer service. Will use them again...since these machines will always need some TLC.

In 10 years of renovating my house I have worked with dozens of contractors. There are only a few that I would recommend to friends and family and would use again. This company is one of them. They were highly reliable, efficient, pleasant, courteous and responsive. And I suppose I should add that the work was excellent and my door is gorgeous!

After struggling to connect an aftermarket garage door remote with no success, I finally decided to upgrade to a new unit—and I’m so glad I did. The new belt drive opener runs incredibly smooth—like butter—compared to my old noisy chain system. Ben was fantastic throughout the entire process and even took the extra time to sync the new system with my vehicles. Truly 5-star service from start to finish.

Service was quickly scheduled and the tech, Ben, arrived right on time. He got one of our existing openers functioning again even though the issue was hard to solve. He wasn’t going to leave until he solved it. He also is going to do some research to find a fix for a third party remote that has never worked right. He also installed a new opener for us and made sure everything worked perfectly. Pricing was fair and the sold me just what I needed. I highly recommend this company.

Ace was extremely responsive and even showed up within a few hours after I called. Jenny, who coordinated the service, was polite and friendly. Ron was the service person and was also very polite, thoughtful, explained things, and didn’t try to unnecessarily upsell anything. Will definitely be calling them for any needs in the future.

Fantastic experience. Our garage door wouldn't open on Saturday. Left a message over the weekend. First thing monday morning they let me know that someone could be out within an hour because of a cancellation. Ron showed up promptly, clearly explained what he thought was the issue and fixed it within an hour, including additional maintenance on both doors. I highly recommend Ace Overhead!
