The garage door of my new house broke pretty suddenly and catastrophically this summer. Ace came to check things out almost immediately after I called and from there we worked together to get the garage door (plus pull system) replaced ASAP. My experience with Ace was universally positive! Great communication, top notch work, and all very timely--I really appreciated how sensitive they were to the challenges of having an open garage door and the effort they put towards sorting things out as quickly as possible.

Ace installed our new garage door roughly 8 months ago. This morning I came out to leave for work and had an issue with our overhead door. I sent them an email at 630am and within 30 mins they responded (the owners of the company not an answering service) and had two of their technicians come out to our home to address the problem….same day. This work was covered under a 1 year agreement for craftsmanship and parts and they still responded this quickly. Not to make a quick buck, but to stand behind their product and services. I myself run a federal construction company as such my expectations are usually higher than most. I can say with full confidence I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for overhead doors than Ace. Keep it up you guys!

From my first phone call for pricing, to the final installation it went like clockwork. Great staff, they showed up on time and did a great job. This was the third project that they have done for me. Not a problem with any of them!

They weee great when we had new motors installed and continue to offer amazing customer service! Even over the phone to diagnose and fix an electrical issue, saving a service call. They are the best!!

This team was great and easy to work with. Greg went over everything with me to make sure that I got the right door for me and then Tom and Amanda made sure that the door got to me in a timely manner. Fantastic experience. Our garage door wouldn't open on Saturday. Left a message over the weekend. First thing monday morning they let me know that someone could be out within an hour because of a cancellation. Ron showed up promptly, clearly explained what he thought was the issue and fixed it within an hour, including additional maintenance on both doors. I highly recommend Ace Overhead! Just adding that we used Ace again more recently when our opener pulled off the wall. Just as happy the second time around!

After the mfg sent the wrong door segment, ACE was quick to respond and correct the mistake and installed the unit with attention to detail. The mfg caused them a star !

Worth the wait! Very happy with the Fimbel OH door and Ace did a great job installing a day after it arrived. Fair price and excellent service. These are the guys!
