Tom returned a phone call in regards to scheduling an appointment. He notified me that, he was available this morning due to a cancellation. Tom was not only punctual, and very professional. He completed the job in a timely fashion within an hour, but most importantly efficiently. Tom explained the functionality of the new equipment that he installed, and made me feel very comfortable with the purchase I made. I would definitely refer him to friends and family.
